For Families

When we try to get to grips with our problems, we often have a narrow focus on the symptom. Thus, we might not notice causes in the wider field. This can restrict our view on the potential and creativity of the family system. The family member that displays the difficulties might not be solely responsible for getting the solution right.

Especially children become the “carrier of the symptoms” of the wider family system in this sense and looking at the difficulties with all concerned often leads to a quicker and more sustainable solution than the intense focus on “the problem”.
